The process for getting connected is split between 3 steps typically spread over <60 days:
                                                                                     

- Step 1. The fiber "drop", ~2 hour appointment with you home (the Service Agreement must be signed 
			and autopay must be set-up in the client-portal prior to this appointment) - A technician 
			will run a fiber line (the “drop”) from our mainline to your home and install a demarcation box. 
			This requires drilling a hole through a non-foundation exterior wall. Using existing ethernet 
			wires may incur additional costs, our technicians are not equipped for internal wiring runs.
                                                                                     

- Step 2. The fiber splice, no appointment made with you - Our splicing team will connect the drop to the 
			mainline outside your home. We will contact you to schedule the next step when they finish.
                                                                                     

- Step 3. Activation, ~2 hour appointment with you home - A technician will finish up anything not 
			accomplished during the drop appointment, test and confirm connectivity, and submit your

***(We will pass your information to the digging team to bury your fiber drop. They will contact you to 
arrange the burial and we can’t control their schedule- it may take weeks or months. If the drop needs 
to be buried before activation, your activation date may be delayed. A standard burial costs $1.50 per 
foot after 300 feet.)
